All the more or less historic truffle businesses, but especially the last ones to arrive, began a frenetic gold rush, in this case a rush to invent new truffle flavoured products, reducing the truffle itself to something commonplace by using chemical aromas only. TO OUR MIND THE ONLY COMBINATION WORTHY OF NOTE IS THE ONE WITH OLIVE OIL.

SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT

Use the white truffle flavoured condiment possibly raw on any of your favourite dishes, be they first or second course or a pizza. Best before eighteen months, once opened keep at room temperature, sheltered from light and far from sources of heat.
