Here the Summer truffle, earth’s most precious tuber, is coupled with one of the finest mushrooms: Porcini. Our mushrooms are also only prepared when still fresh, without any additional chemical aromas, absolutely natural, to obtain a paste with matchless flavour.

SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT
Squeeze onto pasta, risotto, broth, any dish using meat or eggs, immediately upon serving. Mixed with double the amount of butter, it can be used to prepare delicious savoury tartlets, toasted and bread sandwiches, ham roulades, sauces and canapés. Best before 4 years; once opened keep in the fridge at + 2°/4°.
